PBSC Men's Basketball maintains momentum after national #1 ranking
The Palm Beach State College Men’s Basketball Team continues to dominate the court following their #1 national ranking in the NJCAA Division II standings late last year.
Led by Head Coach Tae Norwood, the Panthers closed 2025 with an impressive 16-1 record and have carried that energy into the new year with five consecutive wins against Montcalm, Wayne County, Roxbury Community College, Atlantis University and Pasco-Hernando State College.
Now, 21-1, the Panthers are poised for their next game on Wednesday, Jan. 28 against Florida Gateway College as they look to extend their winning streak and solidify their national standing among the 157 NJCAA Division II men’s basketball teams.
“This team has shown tremendous focus, resilience, and discipline,” said John Scarpino, PBSC’s director of athletics. “They continue to represent Palm Beach State and our community with pride and a commitment to excellence both on and off the court.”
