Palm Beach State College (PBSC) has launched the PBSC Panther Partner initiative to recognize Palm Beach County businesses for their commitment to advancing student success and empowering the next generation of professionals through internships, apprenticeships, career development, employment opportunities, student scholarships and investments in education.

FINFROCK, a Florida-based design-build firm that brings architects, engineers, and builders together under one company, was recently recognized as a PBSC Panther Partner. The company received the award during a ceremony held on April 24, 2026 and attended by representatives from both organizations at FINFROCK’s offices in Belle Glade.

The recognition honors FINFROCK’s commitment to advancing education, workforce development and community engagement, as well as its impact on preparing students for future careers.

“Partnerships like the one we share with FINFROCK are essential to creating meaningful pathways for our students—from the classroom to high-demand careers. Their investment in scholarships, workforce development and the future of the Glades community reflects the power of collaboration to transform lives and strengthen our local economy,” said PBSC President Ava L. Parker, J.D.

PBSC has maintained a partnership with FINFROCK since 2022, providing scholarships to enable students in Belle Glade to pursue an associate degree or career certificate at PBSC. By reaching youth early and supporting their college education, the company aims to help develop a pipeline of qualified employees in the Glades, which has seen some of the highest unemployment rates in the county.

“Our partnership with Palm Beach State College is about long-term impact. From supporting students through scholarships to helping strengthen workforce pathways, it’s a collaboration that continues to create opportunities for the next generation of talent,” said FINFROCK CEO Allen R. Finfrock.

Through the Panther Partner program Palm Beach State College recognizes Palm Beach County’s top companies dedicated to student success and advancing workforce innovation and community impact.
