April 9 career fair to bring over 40 employers to PBSC’s Lake Worth campus

Employers continue to face tough challenges in finding enough qualified workers to fill open jobs. Consequently, over 40 employers will recruit at the Spring 2024 Career Fair sponsored by Palm Beach State College and CareerSource Palm Beach County on Tuesday, April 9, from Noon to 4 p.m. at the Public Safety Conference Center, Room PSD 108, on PBSC’s Lake Worth campus, 4200 Congress Ave.

The career fair is free and open to the public. Private and public sector employers from various industries will look to fill both full- and part-time positions and internships. Job seekers are encouraged to RSVP and are reminded to bring resumes.

The hiring organizations include NextEra/FPL, Tropical Shipping, HCA Healthcare, Healthcare District of Palm Beach County, Department of Veterans Affairs, Canon Solutions America, Boys and Girls Clubs, City of Lake Worth, School District of Palm Beach County, Wellington Regional Medical Center, Marriott Singer Island, Walgreens, YMCA and The Herbert Wertheim UF Scripps Institute for Biomedical Innovation & Technology.
